Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Our main purpose was to automatically log emails from Gmail into Salesforce without manual intervention. We love the added benefit of having a built-in scheduler and flows so we can ensure we are making enough touchpoints to engage our prospects and clients. The omnibar is also super convenient for doing day-to-day work.

  • I wish the activity would log to the contact's related account automatically, but it only logs to the person's record or an opportunity.

It works quite well if you know how to use it, but there are lots of features that can take time to learn. It's a bit scary for new users to adapt and learn to use the product, especially when they are initially trying to learn Salesforce.

For your prospecting cadence using flows, Groove is great. Combine this with email templates and you can have a highly personalized email cadence with the ability to add flow and LinkedIn steps.
