Our main purpose was to automatically log emails from Gmail into Salesforce without manual intervention. We love the added benefit of having a built-in scheduler and flows so we can ensure we are making enough touchpoints to engage our prospects and clients. The omnibar is also super convenient for doing day-to-day work.

- Sometimes I don't trust the open and link tracking
- I wish the activity would log to the contact's related account automatically, but it only logs to the person's record or an opportunity.
