Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to target specific industries with purposeful emails. It saves an incredible amount of time to create one template that works for each industry and send them personalized all at once to my list. Also, the ability to track analytics with your emails and sync to Salesforce if a huge time savor with data entry. I do see that there is a lag time with Groove when sending through Outlook.

It's not simple to learn and you really need to have good training. Help community is strong and has a lot of tips to improve productivity while using Groove and getting the most out of it.
I haven't really tracked it but it's definitely saving me at least 2 hours a day of data entry.

I use it mainly for targeting specific industries with tailored emails that can be personalized. Also, being able to create a complete flow and have reminders is a big time saver or me. Also, getting alerts when someone has opted out of emails is again, very helpful. Groove does a great job keeping track of each contact and where they are in a flow.
