Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is an elementary tool for me and the whole sales team. It automates our outreach and structures our prospecting in order to create a valuable pipeline. This solutions supports our productivity and efficiency a lot. Without Groove we would not be able to reach out so many people as we do, in the same amount of time.

Groove makes my life a lot easier as a Sales Manager. The time I am saving through Groove can be invested in new strategies or other revenue bringing activities. I think a tool like Groove is extremely powerful plus should be used by every sales organisation. Also the usability is super easy to use.
Actually I have not used any similar tool. In the past I used Salesforce in order to send out Email templates which is also a possibility, but not comparable at all, because I could not create any flows. I just was able to use the templates and send the email out directly by myself. So with Groove i have way more options to automate and scale.

The self-created flows help you a lot create a mature pipeline in a very short period of time and you save a lot of time with this tool. Also the integration to Salesforce is amazing, so you can directly track your performance plus load new contacts from Salesforce to your Groove flows.
