Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove as a tool to reach out to teachers and request that they use our products. Previously, we used a tool where we could not analyze the efficacy of our outreach, and we are now able to easily track opens, clicks, etc. We can also pull in users right from Salesforce, which is a HUGE help.

  • not getting locked out of email
  • Unsure, I don't have access to that data.
It's very intuitive and user friendly.

Groove is well suited in situations where I'm trying to reach out to many people at once, follow up with them, and also track opens/clicks. If these people are not in Salesforce, it is less appropriate.
