Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove has allowed my sales team to work more efficiently in a strategic approach and, in turn, has increased our conversion rates, booked meetings, and increased bottom-line revenue. Groove has solved visibility issues that we didn't have with our previous engagement tool and brings everything in one instance, no more hopping from one platform to another.

We love the fact that Groove is directly connected with Salesforce. We went from disparate systems to having it all in salesforce, our team can work directly in SFDC adding prospects to flows, calling, SMS, etc. We love that we can see the analytics of any particular prospect by looking into the Omniboard. My sales team has increased their efficiency and we continue to see meetings booked increase month over month.
We save an enormous amount of time since we've installed Groove by automating event activities, calls/SMS logged.
We use custom objects so we are thankful to have Groove. Other engagement tools like Salesloft and Outreach do not use custom objects, so Groove was a no-brainer for us.

Groove is well suited for any sales team that wants to target multiple prospects at one time giving them back time in their day to do what they do best, sell. The Groove dialer gives managers access to listen to recorded calls for training and development, SMS logging so no more duplication of efforts and easy calendar link use with pre-set meeting times, and the ability to invite others on the team.
