Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to improve our Lead qualification process. With this tool, we are able to reach a huge quantity of people, in different moments, automatically, with the Flow function. Besides, you have the possibility to sync all those actions with Salesforce, sparing a lot of time spent with manual work. Without Groove, we would let alone our without response a lot of Leads we receive everyday.

The Groove platform is easy to navigate and interact, and really user friendly. It's pretty easy to create flows and sync contacts. And, since it is linked to Salesforce, it's also easy to select contacts to be included in the contact flows and keep up with the actions that were planned for that audience.

In my experience, Groove is a great tool to raise the productivity of Sales and Marketing teams that have a big income of Leads. The same works for prospecting, since you can create a list and get in touch with a lot of people at once and schedule the next actions you want to take with these prospects, increasing your productivity.
