Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove as a task manager. On a daily basis, I contact many leads via phone call, email and text. Groove organizes my daily tasks in order. It helps me follow a cadence for each lead and allows me to save time since I have my templates saved for emails and text messages. By adding each lead that I am working with within Salesforce in Groove, makes the follow-up much easier and avoids any lead falling through the cracks. It is a great tool for my Team.

Because it is a great tool for work. It makes my workday much easier. Allow us to speed the lead and follow a cadence in order. Tells us the tasks that I have to work on every day. It is also very easy to use. Before I started using Groove many leads used to fall through the cracks and are left behind. Once I started using it, it helped me solve this issue.

When I start my workday and I log into Groove, go to my actions for the day and I can see all my tasks, how many phone calls I will need to make, emails, and texts I'll send. It helps me prepare my mind for what is coming.

Less appropriate, I would say when Groove crashes. It does not happen very often, but when it does, I can not see my follow up taks and it affects my daily routine, it slows me down.
