Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove as a task manager. On a daily basis, I contact many leads via phone call, email and text. Groove organizes my daily tasks in order. It helps me follow a cadence for each lead and allows me to save time since I have my templates saved for emails and text messages. By adding each lead that I am working with within Salesforce in Groove, makes the follow-up much easier and avoids any lead falling through the cracks. It is a great tool for my Team.

I am not sure how much time that I save but I can say it does make me save a lot of time. It definitely does the work. I do not have to leave many notes or type an email each time since I have everything well organized in the app to follow my cadence.
