Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove for tracking my external emails activity and I find it extremely useful. It helps me a lot with building and nurturing relationships with clients. It allows me to see their actions regarding my emails and then make a decision on chasing or waiting a bit longer in my next steps.
  • Tracking emails activity, including a person's location, which is great because I can easily understand which team opened it. Some of our clients have different departments across their cities and countries.
  • I often use reminders for my emails, for example if I don't have time to deal with something at the moment, I can always set a reminder to come back to it later. Super helpful!
  • A bit more precision with tracking. Sometimes I notice some slips where I know for sure that it's not correct information.
Groove would be perfect if the tracking feature were a bit better. Apart from that, Groove works perfectly well for me. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who needs better time management (e.g. email reminder option) and wants to get a more insightful look into their clients' interaction with sent emails.
I don't really use it for these purposes, so here I would just answer as 'n/a'

Groove just makes any client-facing role easier. It provides an amazing insight into what your client is doing and how they interact with correspondence from you specifically and your company in general. It's helpful for me, as an account manager, to see how many times a client opened my email, and how long it took them from 1st seeing it to coming back to me with some decisions made. With some clients, there are instances where different departments of theirs are situated in different cities. It's very helpful for me to see which department is influencing the decision making process.
