Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove for tracking my external emails activity and I find it extremely useful. It helps me a lot with building and nurturing relationships with clients. It allows me to see their actions regarding my emails and then make a decision on chasing or waiting a bit longer in my next steps.
- Tracking emails activity, including a person's location, which is great because I can easily understand which team opened it. Some of our clients have different departments across their cities and countries.
- I often use reminders for my emails, for example if I don't have time to deal with something at the moment, I can always set a reminder to come back to it later. Super helpful!
- A bit more precision with tracking. Sometimes I notice some slips where I know for sure that it's not correct information.
- Email tracking
I don't really use it for these purposes, so here I would just answer as 'n/a'
