Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I mainly use it to schedule meetings with my clients- in an email, it can provide nice options for customers to select. I also use it to send high-volume emails and find the templates super valuable and time-saving. I also use it to create flows for campaigns that I am running.

  • Allowing to you setup templates to use for mass emailing
  • Assisting with meeting scheduling
  • Allowing to unsubscribe makes outlook look very generic
  • Groove can't pull contacts from Linkedin to Salesforce properly like ZoomInfo
  • A bit difficult adding one by one to a flow vs a whole group

  • Lowered overheads because I could do a lot of work without help from a sales rep assistant

Groove is easy to use once you are shown how to navigate it. I do think that more effort should go into adoption though as I think we don't know how to use it enough- when you learn something new it is so valuable, it's often via colleagues which is not a good sign- you know there are things you don't yet leverage.

If you are in sales and you look after a very large net new territory, Groove really does help drive down the time it takes to connect to many new customers. You can create flows and templates to help you in that process. The meeting invites also help you look more professional when you add in time slots for them to choose from or if you can get them to pick a slot that works.
