Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove to connect emails to Salesforce which cuts down so much time, I love not having to summarize emails. I also use the Groove templates which allow me to share templates with my co-workers and also create and save my own. With the number of emails I send out, I couldn’t do my job efficiently without Groove. In fact, I NEED Groove! I am so glad our company pays for this service.

I think Groove is very user-friendly. It is easy to make a template and share templates. I think it is a very useful software that has become a necessity for myself and my coworkers. I don’t think I could do my job without Groove. In fact, I know that human error and forgetfulness would cause me to make mistakes more frequently, but Groove keeps me sharp in every client interaction and email.
I am pretty sure I save countless hours completing tedious tasks like typing recap emails, recording client interactions, and recording meetings in all the places Salesforce needs for me to record them. I also save countless hours researching and following up with co-workers to try and find out what the client has been promised. Without Groove I could not do my job without working two hours past my shift daily.

Groove works very well with employees who work remotely, managing a lot of clients, and dealing with many departments where communication is vital, and they have to spend a lot of emails. Our company has many clients and many departments. A lot of times we have to look over other people's emails to gather further information on what the client has already been told or promised, and if it weren’t for Groove this would be impossible!
