Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Right now I use Groove to maintain outreach to all my current customers. Sending out email campaigns and blasts with this tool has been great. They have been getting caught in Spam less and overall look nicer formatting-wise than other tools I have used. Customization is key to using this tool well.

- More renewals due to increased productivity
I would say I save about an hour or two per week with Groove now in my routine. The going back and forth to Salesforce was taking a long time and now I am saving some time with Groove. Overall, I would say it saves time with tasks and emails.

Groove is a great tool I have to use right now to maintain communication with my client base. It allows me to make an outreach with a scheduled follow-up and task. I love the fact that the Groove Omni Bar is directly integrated with my Salesforce account. Groove is not best if you are looking to send out emails to multiple people per org.
