Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We at Interior Define, use Groove on a daily! Managing so many clients is stressful, so Groove relieves that stress and makes it easy to mass communicate to everyone!

Pros

  • Allows many people to be added to a flow.

Cons

  • Removing people from the flow could be easier.
  • Sometimes removed people from a flow are still in the flow.
  • Make it easier to find a certain client in a certain step.
  • Sending multiple emails

  • Sales Tactics
  • Sales gains
  • Commission is better
Super easy to use, some minor fixes are needed.
I think Groove is a one of a kind system, I have. not used anything else like Groove other than the "BCC" option on email.
