Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove as a sales enablement tool. Our teams rely on Groove to log their activity from Gmail to Salesforce and create custom sequences of tasks such as emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages. We needed a system that we could trust to log activity back to Salesforce and give us accurate reports and dashboards of this activity to measure performance per rep. Groove's Salesforce integration makes my life easy as an admin because I have fewer data quality issues compared to other systems I've used in the past. Groove is user-friendly and our team of SDRs, AEs, and EAEs has adopted it quickly. The sales team as a whole can better manage their outbound activities using Groove's dialers, email templates, and spaces.

Groove is super user-friendly. The design is intuitive and was a major selling point when evaluating it against other similar systems.
Groove's integration with Salesforce was a key factor. We also felt as though Salesloft and Outreach were less user friendly and overly sophisticated for what we needed. We love that Groove is able to enroll and unenroll leads and contacts based on Salesforce list views or reports and we can update fields in Salesforce based on activity that is logged in Groove.

Well suited for businesses using Salesforce that want a tool that is fast and easy to stand up. Many of the other tools available seem to be trying to create their own CRM and require custom integrations which was a turn-off for us. We needed a tool that would assist our outbound efforts and Groove has been the perfect fit for this need.
