I use Groove to help nurture and stay top of mind with our strategic accounts and clientele. The use of the templates allows for customization as well as simplicity to target numerous groups.

Groove is integral to my business. I use this tool each and every day. It allows me to streamline my workflows and focus on client engagement.
Groove's integration is the best there is... connecting to Gmail, Salesforce, etc.

I've used it multiple times to track client engagement around strategic initiatives in our department. We are also able to utilize it for different seasonality trends where we can create one template with multiple steps, email, text, and phone calls to make sure we're executing on outreach efforts.
