Groove is wonderful when it comes to linking your calendar for meetings, setting reminders to follow up with clients, as well as generating templates that can be used quickly and efficiently.
- Easy to generate email templates
- Integrates with Salesforce data seamlessly
- Convenient to set reminders while on the email screen
- Running email campaigns or plays
- How it integrates with my Salesforce data so that I can track everything that is happening. From emails to meeting scheduled.
- As an account manager is makes me more efficient in being able to track where each account is in the sales process.
