Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I love that you can see a timeline of what needs to be completed in the NOW and what can be done later (next day, week, etc).
  • Creating timelines
  • Sending automatic emails to reach more people
  • Integrates well with Salesforce
  • Make it more simple, lots to learn

It is a lot to learn at first but after using Groove for 6+ months, it works really well!
Orum is better for calls, Groove is better for emails (my opinion, others may see it differently).

I have to send out a lot of email s and all I do is create a template, change small things like name and name drops, and then send off 25+ emails a day in 10 minutes rather than an hour.
