Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Guru is our knowledge management tool and it is extremely helpful in the support organization. It's used to organize our support topics for quick reference by our support team and wider team for general knowledge. The content stored in Guru is both to support our end users, but we also use it to outline internal processes and information and updates as well.

Guru is integral to the support operations of our organization, it's the central knowledge management tool we use to store topics of support. This involves organizing a broad array of topics and making them searchable. Things like tags, collections, are very important and useful when sifting through the large amount of content contained within Guru.
