Overall Satisfaction with Guru
We use it in similar fashion to our company's personal wiki page. Guru has been helpful in the past to search quick pieces of info for all departments within our company. Whether it's internal product knowledge or processes, or any other trivial information, it's great to reference. Learning it is also fairly intuitive and allows for more accountability and self sufficiency.

Guru has been great for increasing transparency by making access to company policies extremely easy to view. It also allows you to write out quick reference guides for each process per position within the company. In doing so, it helps to clearly define individual roles and responsibilites. If anything is in question, we can use Guru as the first stop to help resolve concerns for each role. Having all this in a centralized platform is invaluable.
