Overall Satisfaction with Guru
I use guru as our internal google search. Any questions we may need to look up, there is always the answer. We can find different contacts, sample applications to refer to, general answers to questions about the business, etc. I always check Guru before asking anyone for the answer if needed.

100 - We use guru everyday to find the information we need to best help our customers. It is amazing to have Guru as a resource to not only have the information we need to do our job internally, but to help our customers have the information they need in a timely manner.
100 - Anyone with any skills can use Guru as a resource. I would recommend Guru for any company, but especially for sales. As a sale representative, we need to be quick on our feet when talking to customers. Having Guru at our fingertips makes this possible for me and my entire organization.

I honestly wouldn't change my evalution. I think about when we didn't have Guru and Guru has made my job significantly easier and more efficient. Before it was a lot of searching for the answers in Google Drive or walking around asking people. This is so much better! I really like Guru.
