Overall Satisfaction with Guru

I use it to get knowledge about the questions and issues I have. That way I can get a better response and resolution to my customers. The content is curated and verified regularly by designated owners, so we are sure the information that is on GURU will be updated and will have the best explanations for our customers.

  • Sometimes it's difficult to find an specific topic
  • The AI system sometimes doesn't get the correct information.
  • You can quit a card by mistake and then you have to look for it again
  • Happy customers with the responses
  • Fastest resolutions to them
  • Exact information for the updated prices
It is easy to use. I can find the information I need in just a few seconds, also with the AI I only have to make a question to get a response and a link to the card where the whole explanation is, so I don't have to search for it by myself.

Most of the times I need to get information about a process or a resolution to an issue to provide the best information to my customer. Thanks to all the information that GURU contains, I can resolve any of these situations and explain about them with the most updated information for the company.
