Overall Satisfaction with Guru

I'm a licensed realtor, and GURU allows me to access previous information and education that my brokerage has given us. It allows me to refresh on topics that I may not use daily. The hyperlinks will take me directly to the issues at hand. I'm also more efficient because the information is a few clicks away.

Pros

  • Refresh previous information that was given to me to learn
  • The hyperlinks always work Huge plus
  • It allows me to be more productive

Cons

  • I do not find it hard to use
  • I haven't found missing functionality
  • I think GURU is great
  • Positive impact on ROI for my business.
  • Positive to help me keep top of knowledge given.
  • Positively decreases the time I have to search for answers.
It's quick and easy to access. I've never run into an issue accessing the information needed

Real estate is constantly changing. I may not use the information I provided immediately, but I know I'll be able to review and learn whatever issue I've crossed within a few clicks. The data is updated often. Old information is removed to reduce confusion. I love the ability to access information as many times as I need.
