Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Guru houses all of our organization's guides to help employees do their jobs. We also use it for weekly newsletters and weekly release notes. It provides reminders to verify existing cards, ensuing that your material does not become outdated.

Formatting of job material can be a challenge - not as easy as using Word or Google Docs

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft SharePoint

In my experience, SharePoint was a black hole - hard to find things, hard to upload things, and not initiative.

My other experience at my prior carrier is with SharePoint. This is a huge improvement to that - articles/job aides are so easy to find. You can tag documents with key words to assist users in finding them. Users can also favorite articles.
