Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto is a user-friendly, affordable payroll processing solution for our law firm.

Pros

  • Quarterly State employee tax reporting
  • Semi-monthly payroll processing
  • Excellent/responsive customer service
  • Amazon cards for referrals

Cons

  • Although I understand the financial reasons behind it, it is difficult initially to have to request an expedited (2-day) turnaround for payroll processing until the company becomes established with Gusto.
  • The cost is affordable - our firm is saving approximately $100 from our previous payroll software, and Gusto has added the State and Federal reporting functions.
  • I believe Gusto saves time - it's streamlined and easy to use.
Gusto provides many of the same functions as Paychex, but is less money per month and more user-friendly.
Gusto is perfect for our 12-member staff law firm. It is easy to use for both myself (the administrator) as well as the individual staff members, giving them access to their payroll information.
