Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Gusto is a user-friendly, affordable payroll processing solution for our law firm.
- Quarterly State employee tax reporting
- Semi-monthly payroll processing
- Excellent/responsive customer service
- Amazon cards for referrals
- Although I understand the financial reasons behind it, it is difficult initially to have to request an expedited (2-day) turnaround for payroll processing until the company becomes established with Gusto.
- The cost is affordable - our firm is saving approximately $100 from our previous payroll software, and Gusto has added the State and Federal reporting functions.
- I believe Gusto saves time - it's streamlined and easy to use.
Gusto provides many of the same functions as Paychex, but is less money per month and more user-friendly.
