We switched to Gusto from QuickBooks Payroll three years ago because we love the feature - hiring and payroll tax reporting and tax return filings with the IRS/State agencies. No need to find outsource for HR and labor compliances as Gusto has offered HR expert support like an HR pro.
- Friendly use and easy to Follow through from hiring/onboarding to payroll runs/ payroll cost Reporting and analysis
- Cloud-based that is where we can work anywhere and anytime except payroll deadlines
- Payroll and HR Expert Support
- Need more customizations for non financial reporting and document template like employee handbook
- Need to enhance benefit management and COBRA administration
