Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
I have two clients using Gusto as their payroll service provider. They complete all the payroll tasks, including payroll for employees, paying and filing all payroll taxes and forms due, etc.
Pros
- Easy to use Payroll submission for employees.
- Paying all payroll taxes and forms.
- Easy to add new employees' info.
Cons
- Some reports are a little harder to find exactly what you need.
- Cannot easily adjust withholding taxes on specific payroll checks - need to contact support.
- Paying all the payroll taxes and filing reports for clients.
- Online access 24/7.
- Ease of setting up company and/or new employees.
- Clients get payroll services for cheaper than if we had to do all of it.
- Takes all payroll tasks out of our hands.
Comparable prices are overall with other payroll service companies. I can't do all the complicated payrolls like a few others, but overall good to work with 90% of our clients.
