Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
an onboarding tool to get documents setup for new employees. Also, the main payroll platform for checks, there was also a savings tool for saving for a rainy day that employees use.
- Very simple login and navigation throughout system
- Easy to get documents and records retrieved
- The pay stubs are very organized and easy to read
- the first log in attempt for onboarding was a bit confusing
- it kept reminding me to use the rainy day fund
- positive impact of smoothly onboarding employees for satisfaction and ease on the HR team
- as well employees see a smooth transition into the business
Gusto was better in terms of easy of use and had a much better look on the paystub compared to workday
