Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use it for payroll services, previously we had a different payroll provider and there was a lot more of a wall in communication and clarity on the pay logistics, Gusto is pretty straight forward and easily customizable/updatable.

Pros

  • Payroll Services and ease of adjustment on employee end
  • Benefits feature
  • Documents in an easily accessible place

Cons

  • I haven't had enough opportunity to use the program to find any improvements yet.
  • Increased transparency for both employer and employee when it comes to how payroll works.
So far, everything seems to be pretty great. I'm looking forward to using the app to have more clarity in how the pay structure works for all the employees at our company.

Not necessarily interested in spending habits living within Gusto if I were to get the card- not sure what my employer is seeing when it comes to my Gusto wallet. They may not be able to see but I'm not aware of the transparency of my activity in the wallet.
