Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Gusto as my HR app to run my small business and I honestly don't know where I'd be without it! It allows me to offer healthcare to my employees, streamline payroll and documentation, and the customer service and support ensure that I'm running things right. It makes taxes easier too!

Overall, I've loved using Gusto because without it, I'd be doing all that work by hand and I wouldn't be able to offer even a fraction of the features and benefits. While there's a lot to like, understanding some of the backend terminology can be confusing, especially if you work with people around the world, so I wish there were more resources to support those definitions.
