Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto as our Payroll processing solution. Our employees are spread out across the USA (and Canada), and Gusto allows us to easily observe each state's tax requirements, as well as provides a banking solution for our employees. Finally, Gusto allows us to easily leave recommendations for our departed or current employees.

Cons
- Our employees like to use Gusto as one of their primary banking solutions. Having normal banking abilities (auto bill pay, custom budget categories, etc.) would meet their needs better.
- Employees often create multiple accounts to save for different plans (vacation, holidays, etc.). However, once those savings goals are met and used, there's no easy way for them to delete those accounts.
- Every year, we can definitively say that using Gusto is much more cost-effective than managing related resources in-house.
Gusto is both more cost-effective than their competitors, but also offers most of the features we need, while not forcing us to pay for features we don't use.
