Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for payroll. I use the web interface on PC and the Android app. It is easy to clock in and clock out from either interface. It is easy to direct payroll to multiple accounts as needed through the direct deposit splitter. Gusto allows our staff to focus on their jobs instead of worrying about running payroll.

Pros

Cons

  • Availability of clock in/out on initial login
  • Placement of sections of the page on web interface
  • Positive: Time saved doing payroll is time that can be spent on the business
It would be a 10 if the clock in section of the home page was more the focus when I log in. I am logging into Gusto to clock in/out. I have to deal with gigantic welcome message, see paystub, future payday estimates, and track payday. That is cool that is all available, but I log into Gusto every day to do 2 things. Clock in and clock out. None of that should be a focus when I log in.
None. Always used physical punches before Gusto.

Gusto is well suited for payroll. Easy to use from a user perspective.

Not really sure how to describe it as less appropriate? Like it is not a bank. It won't earn you more money than what your payroll pays you.
