Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto for tracking time off (PTO), daily time tracking, payroll, and viewing our benefits (example: Medical Insurance and 401k).
Gusto is great at streamlining and keeping all human resources related items in one platform.
I like being able to easily submit my paid time off for approval as well as view my payroll information and PDF pay stubs!
There is also a calendar where we can view coworkers birthdays, work anniversaries, and their paid time off.

Pros
- Paystubs and getting our money direct deposited into our bank accounts
- Time off, viewing our available PTO hours and when others are out
- Being able to easily submit company expenses
Cons
- Time off, could show your yearly total vs just what you have accrued
- Performance section, my company does not utilize that
- Wallet- not even sure what it does
- Easy to use employee and employer sides
- Employees satisfied with platform
- Employer satisfied with cost
I have never evaluated any other products
