Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto to manage our hourly clock in times and departments for accurate tracking for budget financials. I enjoy being able to clock in and out from my mobile device makes it super convenient.
Pros
- The edit time function is user friendly and intuitive.
- mobile clocking in and out per department is a plus
- The bonus to utilize the built in wallet function is awesome
- Monthly spending categories is a neat feature.
Cons
- I have an issue with when I go to log in on the mobile app once i log in i get a pop up that states you must log in to continue and I get stuck in a viscous cycle for at least 4 or 5 times.
- it has helped us isolate what dept. we need to focus our attention on cutting back on labor costs
I compared Gusto to ADP and I find Gusto to be more user friendly but lightly less details you can get from it. Possibly slightly less features though. Pricing is on point too.
