Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I use Gusto as a time sheet and Payroll system. I put my hours in via the mobile app and receive my pay via direct deposit. Beyond that I don't use it very much, but if I had benefits I would access those through Gusto as well. But I don't so yeah.

Pros

Cons

  • Time input
  • A button to "Add hours" below "Clock in" in the Time menu on the mobile app would be cool.
  • When you input a shift with a break, it automatically splits it into two different shifts. If you want to edit the time of this break, you then have to edit both shifts. It would be nice if when you input the break you have the option to keep it as one continuous shift.
It's got a good GUI.
It's more modernized and has a smoother GUI.

I like the pay check details with the breakdown of percentages that are being pulled out for taxes and whatnot. I think the guided user interface (GUI) is very visually appealing and easy to navigate. I like the time input system, though there is room for improvement as I described earlier.
