Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for payroll and time off management. It’s been a super easy, streamlined tool for our employees to check their payroll status, vacation and time off status, and tax filing status.

Pros

  • Easy to check payroll status for employees
  • Easy, user friendly log in and interface
  • Easy to change and update tax status

Cons

  • Better explanation for tax status and specific decisions
  • Easy for us to not focus on the nitty gritty payroll details
  • Easy to answer employee questions re: tax status
  • User friendly interface that is new and modern
