Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto for payroll purposes. We have a small staff of about 5 people. We havent really run into ant problems that have needed addressing except for one where no federal taxes were being withheld from my paycheck. The W-4 form didnt allow for me to claim 1 or 0 so I dont know what happened but I did a live chat with someone at Gusto and think I got it figured out.

- requesting time off
Cons
- the app and desktop differences are slightly annoying
have not used other products
