Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto is a one-stop for all of our employee needs. Not only do they offer payroll services, but they also manage our employee health care benefits, tax services, checking accounts, and so much more. This creates such a convenient space for employees to take their accounting needs into their own hands.

It is very user friendly.
Paychex was horrible. We were having problems with them on a monthly basis. We had a new account manager almost quarterly who never seemed to have note on the practice.

So far I have been very happy with all the services that Gusto offers. One of my favorite features is that employees have the ability to update and change their with-holdings without paperwork and managerial involvement.
