Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I am an employee for a company who uses Gusto and I have zero complaints! I feel like it's so easy for me to track my time, check the hours I've worked, and see what I've worked on in a pay period. I have already recommend Gusto to a few friends who own their own businesses and I would definitely use it if I ever had a need for it on my own!

Pros

  • Time Tracking
  • Ease of Use
  • Accrued Sick Hours Buildup
  • Time off requests

Cons

  • I'd like to easily be able to see what I'm making in a paycheck before day of.
  • I'm an employee using Gusto on the employee side!
I think Gusto is incredibly easy to use! I love the tools provided, how easy it is to find everything, and even the fun features like work anniversarys, birthdays, etc!
I have only used Gusto from the employee side, but have used Square Payroll from both the employer and employee side and I still think Gusto is much more user friendly, better UX, easier to find information, etc
