Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use it for Payroll, time tracking, requesting time off, seeing our benefits. The product addresses needs listed above since before we were working off of a Google Sheets. Gusto has allowed for organization of funds, time requests, and an ease to access our documents. It is easy to now keep track of overtime, pay dates, and any issues that may come up. Gusto helps our company stay organized and allows employees a peace of mind to track funds, sick time, benefits, and PTO.

Cons

  • Front intro page is cluttered
  • Should have a two step login instead of always entering password
  • Paycheck tracking could be more detailed
  • Positive when it comes to benefits organization
  • Ease of investments in 401k and Roth IRA options
  • Accessing information is simple
I love using Gusto. It is an all-in-one program that allows ease to locate important documents, pull up paycheck stubs, and I can see my insurance benefits with ease. I appreciate having the accessibility to so much from my employer at the tip of my fingers. Gusto has the right balance between simplicity and functionality.
ADP is cumbersome, complex, and hard as ever to find anything on the site. The ADP program is focused on Payroll only and does not offer the all-in-one feature that Gusto does. Gusto gives ease of use and practicality, while other programs, such as ADP that boast this, but end up being too technically complex for the average user

I would recommend Gusto to anyone who has or wants an HR department. This program allows startups to keep accounting and funds organized, keeps employees on track, and the transparency offered from the site is next to none. Gusto is a good program for those who want it all in one, time off, paychecks, benefits; the all-in-one nature of the program is my biggest sell.
