Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We used Gusto as our all in one PEO system when we were justing starting out and under 50 employees. This helped give our employees an array of benefits to choose from and an easy portal for employees to use to get benefits and payroll information. It also integrated with our recruiting portal which was nice too.

  • State and federal filings

Cons

  • Customer service speed in responses
  • Not sending emails or making changes without letting company know first
  • Easier way to view paystubs
  • lower costs
  • more benefit offerings
  • employee self service
It's user friendly but can be more robust, but I see that's Gusto's selling point on being user friendly and not as intricate as a non PEO system

This is a great solution for companies that have 50 employees and under only. You aren't able to do uploads for salary changes so it's best to keep it to under 50 employees or you'll have a lot of issues.
