Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
I use Gusto for Human Resources and Payroll on a daily basis. I set up new employees, run all payrolls, enroll benefits and all HR aspects. Our corporation currently runs 16 daycare centers and 3 home health companies.
Pros
- Payroll is very easy to run.
- Gusto coordinates with Procare for the daycares
- Reports are easy to obtain to run monthly and quarterly reports for Unemployment, 401K, and insurance benefits
- Entering New Hires and Dismissing employees who separated or terminated their positions, is so easy to do as well.
Cons
- I would like to see the 3 digits behind decimals changed to 2 digits behind decimals when entering payroll hours
- Gusto has streamlined the bottom dollar when processing payroll.
Paylocity was fairly easy to use like Gusto but could not accommodate the number of employees we have.
