Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto to manage our time tracking and process payroll. Gusto also handles our payroll taxes. Gusto has made the payroll process easy. It has been easy to onboard and train new employees by giving them access to process the information for accuracy. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to change payroll systems or start from the beginning.

Cons

  • Access to change Benefits amount while processing payroll if any adjustment needs to be made.
  • It has made the payroll process run much smoother and quicker to process.
Overall, I have had a great experience with the company and how they handle any questions or concerns I may have. They always seem willing to help me find a solution to a situation where I need assistance.

Gusto has helped me while onboarding new employees and needing to have access to documents available to all employees. There have been instances when an adjustment needed to be made to a payroll, and they walked me through the process of making corrections and making sure my employees were paid on time.
