Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We find Gusto's platform to be exceptional, despite some navigation challenges for making changes to payroll amount. I would definitely recommend Gusto for anyone needing a payroll company. They made setting it up very easy and walked me through all of the necessary steps, including required (state and federal) forms and worker's comp.

Most things are very easy on the website with the exception of changing the pay amount for a specific person on payroll. There is a lot of clicking and it's not very intuitive, for that part. Everything else feels intuitive and simple. I would highly recommend Gusto as was recommended to me.

Suited for anyone who needs to pay anyone on payroll and wants it done with the least amount of headaches. Not suited for people/companies that don't want ease.
