Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Our company uses Gusto for our payroll platform. The business problem that it solves for our company is helping us keep track of our team's hours and our HR manager uses it to pay the employees. We used to use a different platform for this but in the last year or so switched over to Gusto.

I love Gusto's usability. The look and feel of the platform is very easy and straight forward to use. We recently made the switch over to Gusto from a different payroll platform and ever since we made the switch I am loving how concise the site looks and is not confusing to use at all. Very basic, but in a good way.
We switched over to Gusto about a year ago and we previously used ADP for our company's payroll platform. I feel like ADP was a bit clunky and did not have a great user experience when using it to track time and view my pay. Gusto is so much easier to use and very glad we made the switch over.

Gusto is well suited for a payroll platform for any company looking to improve the user experience for their employees. It is very easy and clear to use and the interface is not confusing at all. If a company starts using Gusto, I feel like it is pretty straight forward to use with little ramp up time and explanations of how to use it.
