Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have been using Gusto since March 2025 for my small business and I'm very happy with the ease of the onboarding process for employees as well as the payroll and tax functionality. As a first time business owner I needed guidance and Gusto has it. It allowed me to use a checklist to ensure that I had completed all of the necessary steps. Payroll is very easy and the reminder emails are extremely helpful. I love that I can upgrade the functionality when I hire more employees in the future as well. Highly recommend!

It is easily accessible from the computer or phone via app and everything is in one place. Very user friendly and my staff love it too. Highly recommend this platform to anyone who asks. Even someone who isn't computer savvy would be able to use Gusto without a problem. Very intuitive.

It is great for my small business. Onboarding, payroll and quarterly taxes are taken care of. I used it as an employee in my previous job and it was very user friendly on that end as well. My staff love it too! I haven't found any scenarios where it is not helpful yet!
