Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We've been using Gusto since the company started. We use it for payroll in two different states.

Pros

  • Filing state and federal forms
  • Taking care of payroll garnishments - including sending checks!
  • Payroll reports I can use for workers comp audits and other uses.

Cons

  • Improves customer service respond time.
  • Add more functionalities for payroll deductions.
  • More structured way to add one time reimbursements.
  • It saves me a lot of time since I don't have to file state and federal forms.
  • Same for garnishment checks
Easy to use and intuituve
Gusto is much more easier to use.

Excellent for small to medium sized businesses including businesses that have employees in more than one state. If you need payroll that's highly customizable and complex, maybe Gusto is not the option for you.
