Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Gusto is my businesses payroll platform. Sync's seamlessly with my POS and Scheduling systems. It has simplified my payroll process and when issues arise I can get immediate knowledgeable help.
Pros
- Easy sync with POS and Scheduling
- Simple to run payroll
- Easy employee management
Cons
- Easier access to customer service phone number.
- being able to recognize errors from incoming payroll data
- Having been told that the trial was ending with enough time to change it as to not accrue Premium pricing as was recommended by the original sales person.
- Definitely a less expensive platform without compromising quality
- With upgraded plans you can enjoy next day pay.
- Ease of changing an already run payroll as long as it is before the end of the day. Just go back in and cancel and make any necessary adjustments
