We use Gusto for payroll, benefits, onboarding, and PTO management across our optometry practice. It solves key problems like manual payroll errors, scattered HR processes, and time-consuming PTO tracking. Managers use it for payroll and HR tasks, and employees use the app to view pay stubs and request time off. It’s an all-in-one system that keeps everything organized and efficient.
