Overall Satisfaction with Hatchbuck

We're using Hatchbuck as a CRM for clients that are just starting with their marketing automation and want to integrate sales and marketing, without having to pay premium prices. It's used mostly by marketing and sales departments since it provides great options for marketing automation and customer relationship management through automated campaigns, notifications, pipelines and many others.
  • It's very user-friendly and easy to navigate
  • All automation is based on the tag system, making it very easy to set any nurturing campaign
  • They have an excellent support team! Quick to respond and find a solution.
  • It'd be great if the tool had landing pages and calls to action. It would eliminate the need for multiple tools and streamline the efforts and results.
  • Form design could be better. Although there can be custom coded, the default options are pretty basic.
  • It saved us time, as we were able to centralize our marketing and sales efforts
  • It helped close more sales, through nurturing funnels
  • Since it has options to create sales-related tasks, it helped our team be on top of all new prospects and provide timely information
Hatchbuck is my favorite. It's easy to use and it's budget-friendly. It's much more intuitive than SharpSpring or ActiveCampaign. Because of the price of the tool, it's definitely a serious competition to giants like HubSpot. This is a great choice for solopreneurs and smaller businesses that don't want to invest thousands of dollars per month but still want to make sure they reap the benefits of a good CRM!
Our developers found it very easy to connect the tool with other software we're using.
Hatchbuck is a great tool if you're looking for a budget-friendly CRM option. It's easy to set up and fairly easy to navigate. Keep in mind that you will need additional tools for landing pages and social media. But even with the additional tools, the price of the software beats many other CRM solutions. This would be my #1 recommendation for anyone that's starting with their CRM efforts.
