Pros and Cons

HCSS' support is great for all its products.
HCSS HeavyBid is a great tool for analyzing costs, man power, equipment and resource needs for a project prior to a bid.
HCSS HeavyBid does well a listening to its client's needs and improves and modifies it products to meet its clients expectations.

I would like to see HeavyBid's quote system be updated looking at features such as spreading mob for a subcontractor across folders. making the notes field more user friendly...
