Overall Satisfaction with Heap

It is being used mostly by the Product and Software Development team. It lets us track the activity our app users make, gives us a report on the traffic, and how much a feature is being used. This lets us assess if and how we can make improvements on our product based on user behavior. As a QA, it lets me know the platforms that people use our app on.
  • Gives you all the data you will need
  • Easy to set up and install
  • Helps track user issues in our app
  • Better, user-friendly UX
  • Report organization
  • Better insight on what our customers needs
A brand new user will have to get used to how to filter with certain fields, navigate through reports, etc.
With as much data as it processes for us, I have not encountered any issue with the performance

Do you think Heap delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Heap's feature set?

Yes

Did Heap live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Heap go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Heap again?

Yes

As a QA engineer, we would have to work on prioritizing which parts of the product require P1 testing and Heap lets us know where in our app there's a high usage/traffic. We also use the data to pick which platforms to use in testing so we can match what our customers are using to access our app.
